What changed between then and before?. ![]() You've already extended the timeout settings (I think is too long, keeping to 30 - 45min mark, but thats my opinion) Is anyone else having disconnects when using NetExtender? Yes? then we look at ourselves (figuratively), and check the sonicwall. ![]() How many users are using the NetExtender? We want to troubleshoot by narrowing down the problem, is the problem with the SonicWall, or is it a connectivity issue?
